TouchCric is committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of others. We respect copyright laws and will respond promptly to valid notices of infringement submitted under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon through our website, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent using the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. This can be a single work or a representative list if multiple works are involved.  
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material on TouchCric. Please provide a specific description or link to help us locate the material.
  • Your contact information, including your address, phone number (if available), and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.  
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA Agent. The counter-notification should include:  

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.  
  • Your name, address, and phone number. Additionally, you must state that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notification or their agent.  

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action seeking an injunction within ten business days, we will restore the removed material.

Please note: Under the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
